We are preparing our Seed round
abierto.io is the missing operating layer of Mexican eCommerce: a single system where inventory, orders, catalog and reporting from every channel live together, with AI agents executing on real data and a decentralized warehouse network behind it.

The thesis
More than 85% of Mexican eCommerce goes through two marketplaces. To compete, a seller has to be on both, and the moment they are, they run two catalogs, two inventories that never talk, two order inboxes and two logistics operations. Adding Shopify or TikTok Shop doubles the problem again.
The contrarian bet: as AI makes software easier to reproduce, the physical network becomes the moat. abierto.io captures operating data, builds the flywheel and owns an infrastructure layer that code alone cannot replicate.
Agencies and warehouses are acquisition nodes as well as customers. Each brings between five and twenty sellers into the network, structurally lowering acquisition cost.
abierto.io does not compete with marketplaces. It is the neutral platform connecting them and making them manageable.
